I've used quite some viewers for The Interrupt List over the years, most of them work fine but have one major disadvantage: they are specifically written to handle the list Interrup.lst and don't support all the other lists which are distributed along with The Interrupt List. I also noticed that most viewers use just about the same interface and are seriously outdated. At first I wanted to make a brand new viewer for DOS but because more and more people are using Windows 95/98 these days (including me) I decided to create a viewer for that platform.
